  2. Cut sausage into 3 inch pieces.
  3. Heat a large frying pan over medium high heat, add olive oil. When oil is heated add onions and carrots. Saute for 2-3 minutes until onions are translucent.

  6. Add potatoes and sausage to cabbage, cover and cook for 15 min over med low heat.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
