  1. CHICKEN WINGS PREPARATION Cut the tips and discard. Cut at the joint separating into 2 parts. Mix the wings with the seasoning. Heat the oil for frying. Mix the flour with the salt and pepper. Coat the wings in the flour, egg and flour again. Fry until golden and crispy.
